With EzyOnlineBookings you can create individual logins for your staff to access the portal and manage bookings.
To create a new login navigate to SETUP > SETTINGS > Account and click the Manage Staff Logins button:
When creating a new staff login you can assign which resource(s) the staff member can access:
Tick View Bookings to allow the staff member to view bookings for that resource.
You can set the following permissions per resource:
- Modify Bookings – change booking details (time, customer details etc.)
- Delete Bookings
- Create Manual Bookings – add new bookings via the BOOKINGS section
- Book on behalf of – if customer logins are enabled, the staff member can make a booking on the public booking calendar from within the customers account
- Modify Slots – change slots in the roster (add new slots, move slots etc.)
Additional staff logins modify the public booking calendar or make any other system changes.
After creating a staff login and email will be sent to that staff member with a reset password link.
