Our booking software includes multi-language support allowing your customers to select a language on the online booking calendar.
You can enable as many languages as required, and translate any button, text or message for each language.
This gives you the flexibility to control what your customers see and to tailor your online booking calendar to cultural and regional customs.
Enabling Multi-language Support
To enable Google calendar integration log into the portal then navigate to SETUP > SETTINGS > Booking
Click the enable multi-language support link on the top-right of the page
When you click a link a popup will appear allowing you to select a flag icon and calendar culture for your primary language
The primary language is the default language for your booking calendar until a customer switches to another language.
To add a second language click the add language link in the popup.
You can add as many secondary languages as required, choosing a flag and calendar culture for each.
Once you have setup additional languages you can now translate buttons, text, messages etc. for each language.
You will now see flag icons on the top of the settings page, allowing you to choose which language you are modifying.
Each language will have it’s own copy of button text etc.
Any text that customers see can be translated into your secondary languages including email templates etc.
Your online booking calendar will now display flag icons at the top allowing your customers to easily switch between languages.
Translations for secondary languages can be made in the following places:
- SETUP > SETTINGS > Booking
- SETUP > SETTINGS > Emails
- SETUP > SERVICES
- SETUP > RESOURCES (if multiple resources are enabled)
